Chicken meat is a kind of meat that is most frequently prepared at home. We present you with three original recipes your dish will be prepared in short order!
6 to 8 tortillas, a cup of melting cheese. For the filling, you’ll need: 2 pieces of chicken meat, a tablespoon of flour, 400g of peeled tomatoes, some garlic, a teaspoon of curcuma spice, half a teaspoon of chili powder, half a teaspoon of salt, bouillon cube and some oil.
Cut the chicken meat into strips and cook them in the water where you dissolved the bouillon. Cook until the meat softens, for about 10 to 15 minutes. Dry out the excess water. Heat the oil, add garlic and fry for 1 minute; add flour, fry for another 30 seconds and add tomatoes. If it’s too thick, add some water. Add the spices: curry, chili and salt. Stir and cook briefly for about 5 to 7 minutes. Separate some of the filling for later, so you can pour some of it over tortillas. Add chicken meat into the filling and cook for 1 minute. Heat the tortillas before filling. Add about 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling into each tortilla. Wrap them. Set the tortillas one next to the other in a fireproof container, pour tomato sauce and grated cheese over them. Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
2. Chicken with mustard

Cut the chicken meat into cubes and cover them with mustard. Pour oil into the pan and turn the heater on. Evenly arrange the meat pieces in the pan and fry them until they achieve golden-yellow color. Add soy sauce. Add some water into the pan and leave it for another 10 to 15 minutes. After that, put the meat in a separate bowl. Heat the oil once more and fry the sesame for about 30 seconds. Put the meat back into the pan. For the end, add garlic on top.
